Decisions...

Whether or not to turn professional...

Whether or not to make the fun hobby a mainstay...

Whether or not to leave the 9-5 once and for all...

Whether or not to cater to the starving artist deep within...

Whether or not to completely and totally devote to a Vision...

Whether or not to move away from the shade of ones' parents...

Whether or not to leave the silly games and move on to serious matters in life...

...

All these are made by themselves at a certain point in life.

I do not know how they are made.

I can touch a little upon why they are made.

You see, the human being is a very unique specimen.

He has done things way, way out of the league of Nature.

He figured out how to be a biped.

He figured out communication and (dynamic) collaboration.

He figured out thriving instead of merely surviving.

He even figured out to break free from the Mind.

And all of this is because of one key difference...

Unlike other species where the "programmed" intelligence

to cater to things like surviving, mating, fighting, etc.

is permanent and beyond the control of the organism itself,

within the human being, it is variable and even random,

and yet, ultimately, in the control of the organism.

Put simply...

the human being is given a Choice.

Why is it so?

Most will say because humans have a Mind.

But that is not the (complete) Truth.

And I will challenge them for I have gone beyond it.

The Mind is not WHY the Decision is made.

The Mind is why

it is in the control of the human

to not allow for the Decision to actualize itself.

This is because almost all humans play into their Mind.

But that is a different subject altogether.

Independent of them not being able to go beyond their Mind,

the making of a Decision

is something that happens within the human,

independent of the Mind.

Because the Mind is merely a tool.

Because such key Decisions...

...are made without the Mind knowing.

The very Moment they are made, the human being knows that it has been made.

The Moment (i.e. their immediate physical surrounding) and

anyone else they have been in contact with thus far,

is the only other catalyst in birthing that Decision.

But as the Self or the personality of the human,

one that they take for themselves ("I"),

one is unable to be immediately and fully aware of this.

They ultimately become aware of this as a deeper "feeling",

but their personality keeps hijacking them away from it...

... giving birth to a conflict within them.

Consequently...

Most live their entire lives never living the Decision made within them.

They turn away from it every living moment catering to their "I".

Others pay heed to it only when it is already too late.

Very few, I do not know why or how, magically align

themselves with these Decisions, and allow them

to actualize. In doing so they move out of Their

way. And it is them that the World

comes to know of as legends.
