You are unique.

Because you are DRIVEN.

You are DRIVEN by something you cannot put your finger on.

You are DRIVEN not because you want to.

You are DRIVEN because you cannot help it.

It is in your blood. Deep in the recesses of yourself.

You have moments ...

At times, from your choosing.

At times, forced by external factors.

When, while doing something, you BECOME the thing

When. You. Are. ENGAGED.

when, the thought of doing anything else, does not "knock on the door"

When, in fact, there is no other thought.

Because there is no part of you left,

to think, to be not engaged.

However,

When you are not ENGAGED, life feels like death.

When you are not LOST at something, "other things" appear...

Life feels heavy, as they steal you away from the moment, crushing the spirit.

Because you are not lost, you become available to the MIND

The mind starts chattering and shrieking, deafening you, not allowing you to LISTEN.

It conjures up memories and anticipation of the future as images and videos blinding you from SEEING.

You may choose, but if you are already "there",

You see no choice.

You see no choice between living ENGAGED and simply living.

You see it clearly that living ENGAGED and LOST IS the only way to REALLY live.

You see that engagement is the place which you must surrender the spirit to ...

As its door is always open for it.

And that it is the ONLY place where YOU cannot exist!

You are unique.

You are unique because you are driven.

You are driven by something within you.

It is this DRIVE that, at times, whispers to you ...

How different you REALLY are from everyone around you.

How time is slipping away slowly, the clock ticking.

How pointless EVERYTHING in life really is.

All the desires, the chases, the hopes, the aspirations ...

the insecurities, the blaming, the striving, the falling for ...

the need to do this and that, the should, the should nots, ...

the good, the bad, the beautiful, the ugly ...

(How can people make THOSE the center of their lives?)

However, you must understand these until you feel it in your bones.

(You dare not take my word.)

You must explore, You must experiment, You may "try" if you feel like ...

(You dare not believe)

You must live to your fullest, You must express your deepest

(You dare not take my word)

You are unique.

You are unique because you are driven.

You are driven to the point that YOU WILL NOT have any other way.

You are driven because something within you knows ...

That a life lived "normally" is a life wasted!

That a life lived amongst the sheepish is a disgrace to your race!

That every moment spent "blindfold" is a moment not truly experienced,

And that a life filled with moments like that, is not life.

It is death.
