To do or to not

Most CEOs live a miserable life.

This is easily true for more than 99% of the CEOs in this world.

For their life is filing a role.

The role of "CEO".

Some often have days that are 12-hour workdays.

Others constantly do the needful to not have such long workdays.

What is the point if you have to do something to avoid something else?

If you are one such CEO I will reveal to you the way towards clarity.

I will take just one example out of your "CEO paraphernalia" -

your reliance on to-do's, plans, or agendas.

Please understand this...

The notion of "a doing" is at the root of all the noise you have to deal with.

Why?

When something is a "to-do", it is a burden.

It needs to be dedicated to, a good chunk of the neurons in your brain.

Not just because of the task, but because of everything else related to it.

These "related things" often are not related to the task.

Do you see how quickly it all fills up?

Now consider the very many to-do's your day usually has.

The learned intellectuals or any other advisors you may have hired,

will give you a fix.

They will say "go with the flow" or "do what is most urgent on a given day".

Or perhaps they will provide you with some other shiny hack.

And I will say it openly - these "advisors" are no advisors.

They are trying to be something they do not understand.

For they do not understand the nature of the Mind.

They themselves have not experienced CLARITY.

Their own life is far from being free of all hassle, how can they help another with it?

Tell me,

how is "go with the flow" any help to you?

Will you not try to go with the flow on top of your lack of flow?

How is "do what is most urgent on a given day" any use

on a day when you have ten equally urgent things screaming at you?

...

So what is the way away from all of this?

I mentioned it earlier.

The notion of a task or a "to-do" is at the root of it all.

One must insist on understanding the Truth behind it...

A doing or a "to-do" is a mask, an illusion.

It is a veil that drapes over the reality of the task.

It is what the Mind thinks of the action.

As such it is impure.

Behind it hides the action - What needs to be done.

An action is pure.

An action in its purest, most raw form is simply the movement of the limbs,

or the voluntary leveraging of the Mind to understand a problem,

or the expression of one's intent about the situation - verbally or through the fingertips.

This is the Truth that hides deep behind a "to-do".

But do you see how this is not a "to-do"?

Do you see what bastardization the Mind does by making it a "to-do"?

...

When one arrives at this visceral knowledge of what hides behind a to-do,

they have no need for to-do's, agendas, or any other management that is called for.

They simply know - what needs to be done.

They simply know - what is a distraction and needs be delegated or removed altogether.

They simply act - without a hint of their self or personality.

They stop trying to be CEO.

They simply BE.

Thank you.
