The world approaches things and people blindfolded.

It has always done so.

It will continue to do so.

The reason I write is not to force or request a change

in the mechanics of how things are.

It is to show how things truly are.

There is a reason companies grow in size.

For most, the reason is growth for growth's sake.

As such, when that happens, the humans "working"

at these companies get busier and detached from the reality of the company.

Very, very few companies grow because of something else.

This something is never an insistence "to grow".

As such, the humans in those companies are freed when that happens.

"Freed" does not mean they "work less".

It means they get more in tune with the reality of the company.

They gain a deeper understanding of What and Why they are truly doing

In almost all companies, people get more distracted as time goes on.

Whether the company grows and grows or goes bankrupt in a matter of months.

Because the Truth behind companies does not change.

No matter what domain or industry one takes a look at,

they will find that the industry which had 10 companies in the past

each employing 10,000 people,

today has 1000 companies each employing about 100.

And other than a few uplifts here and few tweaks there,

nothing has changed when it comes to the reality of the day-to-day

at these companies.

If one is wondering,

Why the reality of the companies does not change,

although almost every other of their traits -

size, financing, culture, recruiting, etc. does,

the answer to their wonder preceded their wondering...

Because the Truth behind the humans

at these companies has not changed.

You see humans tend to get lost in the minutae.

This is true for anyone and everyone.

Even for the "deep thinker" who likes to think his "intelligence"

allows him to be ahead of the curve.

No matter what the group is labeled by -

a company, institution, team, start-up, etc,

they are at first a group made of humans.

A group of humans will not magically begin to exhibit

some non-human behavior of perennial progress or utopian growth.

Indeed that is what the group would like to think.

But the group does not know what it is not.

For the group is busy thinking about

what it should be.

A group of humans will head

where it is nurtured towards.

And beyond the fancy masks of teamwork, policies,

mentoring, employee-training, benefits, and the like,

a group will be nurtured towards one of two things -

Truth or Lies.

When humans are enchanted with lies,

the company may succeed and reach ultimate highs,

the deeper condition of the humans will only fall.

And this is the Truth for almost all of the companies

that fist-fight their way to the limelight

only to realize they have merely

spun in place.

For the final nature of humans is independent

of the innovation they surround themselves with

to hide their deepest.

If Truth is not leading a group of humans,

the humans will perish exhibiting only "human-like" behavior.

This will be obvious in the many attempts they will make

to laud themselves.

When Truth leads the group,

the company, and its creations

speaks for themselves.
