Out of all the humans you have met or will meet in your life,

most will appear to be of one kind.

Perhaps one, if at all, will appear to be of a totally different - second kind.

The next few lines will state the difference in how these two humans will act or be in your company.

I will use only two situations, for all situations involving humans are one of these two.

When something needs to be accomplished as a group or in a team setting...

The first human will ask -

What should I do?

Which task should I work on?

What process do we follow to accomplish these?

He will become a "to cater to" in the Mind of the leader.

He will cause peer competition and other nonsense.

He will distract others away from the matter at hand by bringing his own agendas.

The second human will ask -

What needs to be done?

What is the most urgent thing?

What will serve the business and the team TODAY?

He will remove "to-do's" from the Mind of the leader.

He will ease his peers by absorbing their worries related to work or not.

Everyone's attention will be brought back to the Moment in his presence.

When it will come to leading an endeavor or a project or cause ...

The first human will become a bottleneck,

a central node of convergence resulting in a single point of failure.

Plans, steps, and strategies will emanate from this central node,

only to fall back to it when things go south.

Things will need to be actively delegated and followed-up upon.

Those working under and around him will be unhappy and unfulfilled.

The second human on the contrary,

will become a ubiquitous, yet invisible source of knowledge and vision about the project.

This will allow for multiple fail-safes and redundancy without any active planning.

Things will magically seem to fall into place.

Things will be done through others around him without any maintenance.

He will be there but also not there.

I will now reveal to you, what separates the second from the first kind.

And thus, the secret behind the second human.

The first could not help but try to solve, to please, and to apply effort.

The second could not help but understand what frees him and what makes things effortless.

The first human got carried away bettering himself, to be a "good person".

The second was relentless about learning who he really is.

The first did "good" things and avoided "bad" things.

The second insisted to uncover what hides behind the labels of "good" and "bad".

The first, partook in society even though something about it "felt wrong and useless".

The second realized the perils of such an unnatural entity early on.

The first, catered to himself and all people and things related to him.

The second, realized selflessness long before his Self had a chance against HIM.

The first, cleverly leveraged his ego to work for him and also submitted to it when needed.

The second just knew - his ego is his worst enemy.

I will finish by telling you something else.

more than 99.99% of the readers will have this pop up in their minds ...

How do I become like the second human?

Or...

Huh, I can never be like the second human.

Or even...

I will be like the second human!

In so doing, they will cater to their Mind which is saying it.

In so doing, they will succumb to be like the first human - for the rest of their life.
