I have never been an Apple fanboy.
In fact, I have never been a techie.
To me, technology has always been a tool. A means to an end.
But today, I will say with full surety that Apple,
or rather Mr. Jobs,
introduced mankind to the Computer.
Whether this innovation ultimately provided for man's peril or his deliverance,
is a question yet to be fully answered.
The Windows fanboys will revolt to this.
Their "savior" Mr. Gates will not back their revolt.
For he realized the Truth and "retired".
For beyond the greater good that he advocates through his many
corporations, he knows it as well -
who really brought computing to the mainstream,
who took it from being an obscure device attracting only the hackers
to a day-to-day reliance for the regular.
The pro-open-source Linux fanboys will revolt even more fiercely.
They are so reliant on being handed things for free
that they would dare not learn how to truly leverage their talent
or understand the hidden graveness of for-free-open-source madness,
and happily spend their days away "contributing".
Have you ever considered - why are there so many Linux distros?
Why no matter how much "global teamwork and contribution" goes
into the maintenance of these distros,
they do not come close to being as stably
performant as a computing machine of this age ought to be?
Why all the development and bug-fixing mailing-lists,
are crawling with rants and boyish complaints of hobbyist-contributors?
Why is it still their hobby if they are so "passionate" about computing?
Open-source is the demise of man in the modern era.
It has always been, it was not seen, it will not be seen or heard.
After all, puppets will be puppets.
Puppets will revolt every time their puppet-like tendencies
are brought to the limelight.
Because they continually play into these tendencies that have come to define them,
and do everything, both for and against their wish to not realize
the Truth...
To all things great, grandeur or coveted,
there exist two ways.
The first, is the way of chasing and doing.
The second, is the way of knowing and getting things done.
The first way involves actively sought out steps, processes,
and discussion.
It involves group-thinking, team-work, and collaborative-analysis.
It involves spoon-feeding under the disguises of mentoring
and grooming.
And what is everything that hides behind these labels,
if not struggle and struggle alone?
Yes.
This way is that of struggling one's way to "get there".
Only to keep running into the need for more struggle.
(And thus, NEVER getting THERE.)
The second way involves real work.
Real work happens when fearless steps are taken by the one who knows.
Sure, processes or analyses are involved.
But they find their way in by themselves instead of being actively sought for.
The second way may seem arduous,
but to the leader driving it, it is child's play.
For he simply Allows for things to be done.
It is truly magical, is it not?
People like jobs are too eagerly labeled as visionaries.
But the labeling allows only for an impressive exposition.
It masks the simple Truth.
These people just knew.
Yes, it is that simple.
Steve just knew.
To just know
is to be the Ultimate.
To just know
is to be the lighthouse of supreme direction and guidance,
the ever-flowing sea of knowledge,
and that which man truly means
when he uses the label - God.
Thank you.
