As his Self,
the human is stuck in the following cycle
1. Creating problems out of thin air
2. Solving problems
But both 1 and 2, are in essence the same thing.
For "solving" a problem is creating others like it.
Though it may seem like,
the root of all of man's troubles is not this endless
loop of creating and solving problems.
The root is his own Self.
If there is no urgency, the Self will exist.
Urgency is a gateway to the Moment.
The Moment is the "Self quarantine" house.
The devilish Self has simply no place inside the temple
which is the Moment.
If there is an insistence for comfort, the Self will exist.
Comfort, pleasure, feeling good...
no matter what you know them by,
are all labels for one thing - a sacrifice of the Moment,
and a gateway towards the hell which is navigating the Mind.
Not an exit. But a gateway.
For it is a never stopping,
always enchanting,
black-hole of a tormentor,
clawing its tentacles deep into the flesh,
while also injecting ecstasy whenever it gets a chance.
If there is no devotion, the Self will exist.
Man will be led astray
with "religious" sounding
labels such as Devotion.
He will never realize...
Devotion is no last resort.
It is the only Way to not perish as his Self.
For the Self is but a zoo of escapes from
the Decision already made within him
to devote to The Thing he was
created for.
Human beings are strange.
The very moment their essence awakens within them,
they also kick start their grand misunderstanding,
and thus, their grand demise.
They do not recognize or observe.
They do not seek to be intent with what they really want.
Yes, their immediate surrounding has a huge say in this behavior.
But is it powerful enough to
forcefully keep them from the organism that they are?
Not at all.
For their surrounding is merely the catalyst.
The lifelong "reaction" which is their Self,
is beyond the control of catalysts.
The Control ultimately rests deep within them.
But the almost permanent bond that they develop
towards pleasure-seeking in all forms, makes
Control
the last thing to bother with.
For this Control hides beyond
A-L-L the problems
they are currently basking in.
And the problems of the Mind are no mere problems.
There is simply no "traditional" solution to them.
For they are circular.
One creates the other,
and the other creates its creator.
Over and over again.
The self is why pleasure is sought.
Because pleasure is sought, the self will exist.
Because the self exists, the human will not insist on
uncovering the Truth, but look for fixes and advice,
or the same hidden in posts like this one.
(And looking for fixes or advice,
is seeking pleasure.)
You will not find it.
You will only find yourself getting caught in the act.
What do I mean?
The following...
Yes, the self mostly perseveres because of the italicized
texts mentioned earlier in the post.
But go about solving them individually,
and you will only succeed -
in creating more problems that will act as pillars to your Self.
For every single thing exists because of the other...
If there is no Devotion, there will be no urgency about one's days
and thus, an insistence to be at more comfort than where they are.
If there is no urgency, the devotion will not be realized.
If there is an endless seeking of comfort,
be it for themselves or others around them,
one will never learn of the urgency they have
been escaping and thus,
their devotion.
