Knowledge begets "knowledge".
"knowledge" eclipses Knowledge.
A human being is like any other species.
It is an intelligent organism that Knows.
But it also one of a kind.
For unlike any other species without a Mind,
other than just Knowing,
it can know what it Knows.
And yet, almost no one Knows.
For they know too much.
For they are busy collecting "knowledge"
or being forced to do so by others.
The world has always glorified "knowledge"
and every single medium through which it can spread -
teaching, schools, universities, discussions,
research, publications, conferences,
online-courses, forums, etc.
I will not argue as to why this
is first, a global advocation
and then, a blatant celebration of ignorance.
I will simply let the Truth speak for itself...
In man's Path of Knowing (not just himself,
or others around him,
but the whole world),
his own Mind is in the way.
A man who does not Know
is a man lost in the illusion of his Mind.
He will suffer and provide for others' suffering.
Is it really hard to see...
A man who does not Know is a burden.
And yet,
Because it has been done,
because it has ticked forward the collective,
because it has kept Truth from bursting through the mainstream,
"knowledge" will be continued to be produced,
and purported into the Minds of humans
via its many channels.
Because just production or a one-way purporting
of a thing or an idea does not work.
There has to be a consumption side too.
And this has been the story of man.
He has time and again salivated
towards "knowledge".
Even to this day, he toils away either
to allow for its sharing,
or to not have to bother "learning" it himself.
There are many excuses
man will provide to defend his
addiction to "knowledge" and its sources.
One of the most overused is this...
"Why waste time re-inventing the wheel,
when I can stand on the shoulders of the giants
that came before me?"
But he has no idea of the Mind that
makes him utter this defensive plea, does he?
"Standing on the shoulders of giants"
is not to be relied on as an excuse
to immerse into their "knowledge".
Brother,
You are already
"standing on their shoulders"
by being born decades after they were!
For you are being continually
conditioned to not see
the Truth...
The Mind evolves by itself.
It "has" everything you need to know today.
An insistence to add external "knowledge" to it,
will keep you from what you already know.
And I will tell you this...
if you do not Know what Einstein knew,
it is because you are not Einstein!
Is it not wise to move on instead of
dousing in the Mind of a human long gone?
The mentioning of Einstein may have
triggered the following thought chain in some...
But what about all the other prized theorems and postulations...?
In Economics?
In general and life sciences?
In Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry?
In the realms of Classical and Quantum Mechanics?
And the "knowledge" produced by the likes of Smith, Newton, Neumann, Bohr, .. etc.?
My response is simple -
Yes, these people Knew.
They Knew something others did not.
They observed Nature and connected the dots
between space, time, matter, and motion.
They dreamt of equations overnight
and had them flow through their
fingers in the morning.
I will acknowledge...
they were Legends.
But,
consider this...
How are their laws, postulations, equations,
and the further layering of "knowledge" via books, authors,
codebases, etc., added on top by their students
making the deep human condition any merrier?
Are their followers and worshippers
coming any close to Being them?
How is Quantum Computing satisfying man?
How is his ability to solve equations around
Relativity and Uncertainty solving his utter lack of peace?
How is his "knowledge" allowing
for him to have fulfilling relationships
with his wife and children and society?
I am no cynic.
I am all for anything and everything.
But time and again, I look around the blatant dissatisfaction around me,
and keep coming back to...
OKAY, BUT WHAT FOR !?
"knowledge" has been overused and overdone.
What man truly lacks is Understanding.
Understanding not of "knowledge".
But of all things keeping him
from the very basic things
that make life worth living -
Peace, Freedom, and fulfillment,
within himself and in his relationships with others.
Thank you.
