You are not "tight", you are unserious

The extolled avenues of the Mind -

be it search or research,

buying or selling services or favors,

overhyped tricks of sales and marketing,

progression, regression, or attempting to control either -

are a deadend.

It is only today that mankind as a whole

is slowly coming face to face with this truth.

Slowly but surely, man is realizing...

All his endeavors have essentially been

running out of ways to cheat himself into "winning".

All his efforts to "win", at the end of the day,

has him utterly lose the (bigger) game of life.

For lost in the prize which is effort,

one will never see beyond what they think they know.

Let us consider the realm of the "interaction"

that takes place between the Body and the Mind.

The body and the Mind are connected in many ways.

But even the label "connected" does not truly express

the bond between the two.

For at times the connection is really the two being intertwined

or blended towards a mutually provided for expression of sheer magic.

But has man any chance at experiencing this magic?

Not at all.

Man spoils his chances of even glimpsing this by steadfastly holding

on to the self that he thinks is "getting things done".

But, does he only hold on to his self?

Nope.

That holding on is only the tip of the iceberg.

The Truth that the iceberg itself hides is this...

Holding on to one's Mind in any way

will only result in an impediment of the band of energy which is the Body.

Any holding-in inside the body will cause holding on to "things" in the Mind.

One who trains (his body) frequently for his sport or practice,

will notice he gets restricted in simple movements during the next day.

He will attribute that to labels of "tightness" or "lactic acid build-up"

or "delay onset muscle soreness".

That labelling is the tip of the ice berg.

For what he does not notice, or rather, care to notice,

is the effect of his physical training

on his ability to express himself through the Mind.

And this is stated without taking into account

the style in which one trains or

the manner they live their life outside their sport or practice.

For if one trains without realizing the

separation of the Body and the Mind,

because of the blinding tendency of the latter,

they do not fully train the Body.

They train themselves,

and,

they train themselves to not train the Body.

A predicament deeper than the statement makes it sound,

and something very, very few will appreciate at the time of this writing.

Most will simply reject this.

To them and their rejections,

my response will be simple...

Is it not your Mind that is rejecting this?

What other things your Mind has not accepted to date?

And what have you kept yourself or your students from arriving at,

because of not being open towards things outside the norm?

I will be challenged in many other ways.

Without being any more verbose about such challenges,

my response to all of them will be the same...

Do you not get it?

Mankind has hit a deadend in terms of performance.

Physical or Mental.

What did you think was going to be the next big wave

in the realms of human performance -

an obscure technology born out of some lunatic insistence

to have his funding from corporations continue?

Or yet another "supplement" disguising as an excuse for humans

to never seek something greater than what they have

achieved with "help" and its unavoidable downsides?

Well if you did, I am not sorry to disappoint.

For "I" am no scientist or researcher or expert or seller.

I simply state what needs to be stated.

And yes, I will acknowledge, the statement above

may have me appear a lunatic to you over your acquaintances boasting multiple PhDs.

But if you get lost in who you think "I" am,

you are in a greater predicament,

and you will miss the essence of things as you always have.

Thank you.
