When a human is being run by his Mind,

every single thing that they partake in,

is to avoid the Present

and get carried away by the timeline of past, present, and future.

Distraction from what needs to be done, is the default existence of the Mind.

Not because of the inability of the Mind to do or to think.

But because of its inability to see clearly.

A company, no matter how esteemed or prized,

will evade the truly urgent things,

be it the hiding and draining bottlenecks in its many workflows

or about the unsatisfaction and thus, the futility of ~90% of its employees.

Such a company suffocates its people in return

for the prizes it receives from the Society that is fed the products of its distraction.

Is it not a joke?

Two parties exchange the "creations" of distraction

which makes way for both of them to continue to stay distracted.

A Woman in her prime will not ever ponder on the most basic

and innate of her abilities, the vitality of a serious relationship

rooted in mutual emancipation and understanding,

and the deep fortification it can make way for against her Mind

only during that timeline.

Instead, she will either play into the many, many penchants of her Mind,

or not be sincere enough to stay true to her core and get swept away

by others around her.

Either way, she will happily exchange the distraction or suffering during her prime

for the lifelong, non-stop distraction and suffering beyond her prime.

A Man will spend his prime never questioning his fears, his needs, and his desires,

or his anger, his conflicts, and his tendency to rule and dominate others.

He will either rely on rules and doctrines to suppress

his most basic and innate impulses and pursue "productive endeavors",

or "devote" his life and his energies to impress and serve

the very first "woman" who throws a bone at him.

If none of those, society will whitewash his Mind to the point of

him becoming a womanizer or player for life,

and throwing his virility away at every chance he gets.

Unbeknownst to him, all the while,

he will be serving his own majesty Mind, and NO ONE else.

Such hardwired programming of the Mind will never relieve him,

let alone forcing him to a corner to question it.

He will live his entire live cementing and decorating his own prison,

never realizing it in his bones - What does it FEEL to be a Man?

An athlete will not do anything different.

They will get swept away by the prizes and promises of some illusionary future,

let them dictate their motivation for training,

never experiencing their Sport.

They will distract themselves with programs, coaches, techniques, therapy, and other agendas.

In return, they will experience competition, fear, anxiety, injuries, chronic pain

and other tortures of their majesty Mind and their shackled Body.

They will never bother with their Present - their Body and its hidden capabilities.

Distraction.

Distraction is the name of the game, no matter the shade of the Mind one is donning.

Distraction is the life of 99.99%+ people on this planet.

It is almost totally certain,

that you at this very Moment,

are keeping your very essence

from catering to the Truth of your life,

and serving the Mind and its many tricks and tendencies.
